This beautiful Villa is located in Portete Island, this natural sanctuary is covered by coconut palm trees and is where sea turtles come every year to lay their eggs because of its peaceful atmosphere. The cabin is right on the ocean front and has space for 12 people. It has 5 rooms, 4 bathrooms with hot water, living room, dinning room and fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and gas stove. It also has a panoramic balcony, a porsche and a bungalow right next to the beach perfect for those after lunch naps. The island is very safe since only a few expats live here. There are different tours that can be held within the surroundings of the island like whale watching tours, surftrips, mangrove tours, parasailing, water skiing, fishing and tours to Jupiter Island and a few breathtaking beaches like Black Sand Beach, Mompiche Beach and Canoa Beach. There is private parking right on the port in front of the Island where canoes can be used to get to it. A maid for cleaning and cooking is also available upon request. She is great cooking the best Ecuadorian sea food. The cabin is available for rent for at least 3 nights of more. We have special prices for 1, 2 or 3 weeks and also monthly special prices. Surf lessons are also available upon request. There is bottled water , grocery shops, and cold beer available just a couple blocks away from the cabin. Mobile phone signal is also great within the island.
