Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation of reservation with 48 hours or longer, will lead to a 100% of the deposit pending for future visits.
- Cancellation of reservation with less than 48 hours and up to 24 hours before the reservation will lead to a 50% penalty applied and the other 50% will be pending for future visits.
- Cancellation of reservation with 24 hours or less, will lead to a 100% penalty of the deposit.

Room for 2 guests ….. 75 usd + 12% iva tax (queen size bed)
Room for 3 guests ….105 usd + 12% iva tax (queen size bed + twin bed)
Room for 4 guests…..125 usd + 12% iva tax (queen size bed + bunk beds)
Suite ………………...125 usd + 12% iva tax (the suite has 2 rooms connected
by the bathroom, one has a queen size bed and the other has 2 twin beds)
Room for 5 guests ….145 usd + 12% iva tax (queen size bed + bunk beds + attic for kid)
